Which areas of the county and how many people will change council districts under the proposed plan?
The following table lists the geographic areas that change County Council Districts under the proposed plan, the population of the area affected, the current district number as well as the new district number for that area.
Overall, 130,996 or 10.2% of county residents change districts under this proposal. Out of all the proposals considered by the Commission, this plan had the fewest number of residents that changed districts.
